Fat Girls are Slutty

I had to do a follow up blog! There's been so much controversy since I posted the Banned Lane Bryant commercial my readership went up 1000%!!!!

I posted the scandalous Lane Bryant commercial on my YouTube channel, just to see what people would say. 350,000 hits later, there's about 10 people who sympathize with ABC and FOX and think the commercial's rife with innapropriate messages and too much cleavage and should be banned. This comment was my favorite:

the Lane Bryant commercial is about a girl leaving to meet a guy for "lunch" with only panties and bra on under her trench coat while the second commercial in the Victoria's Secret Compilation (shown above) is about a girl in an actual hotel room writhing around in bra and panties waiting for her man. uhhhh...yeah. Victoria's Secret is all about the lingerie...hahaha...there's a shit load of denial going on in this country. I'm just here to make you realize how size-ist you are.

Agreed! The VS commercial is way sluttier than the LB commercial. The LB commercial is actually tasteful when compared to the VS commercial. People just don't want to see a girl with some curves getting it on! UGH!

The first commercial in this video is something that can be deemed as "slutty." The first thing I thought about was strip clubs... Women trying to get men off so they can get paid. (I should also note that I don't see anything wrong with strip clubs) However, the Lane Bryant commercial was more like a woman going to surprise her man/woman for a lunch romp. Now you tell me, which one seems more "appropriate" for television. Love you Nati adios, dunielleV

That VS ad is 100% strip club! I think parents and conservatives would be more appalled by that than a woman COVERING UP HER LINGERIE WITH A COAT and going on a covert sexy date with her boyfriend. Bad FOX. Very bad FOX. No cookie.
